1. Definitions & Interpretation

The following words and terms used in this document carry specific meanings. "Platform" or "Site" means the cbazi website and all services included within it. "User" or "Member" means any person who has registered with cbazi or is using its services. "Company" means cbazi and its operating entity. "Account" means a member's personal gaming account. "Bonus" means any promotional offer or reward given by the Company.

When reading these rules, words may be used in both singular and plural form. Words such as "we" and "our" refer to the cbazi company, and words such as "you" and "your" refer to the member.

2. Eligibility & Applicability

The following eligibility requirements must be met in order to use cbazi's services:

• The applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
• The applicant must provide genuine and accurate personal information.
• A person may operate only one account.
• The user is playing for themselves — not on behalf of another person or a professional betting syndicate.
• The user must bet with their own funds — using borrowed or unlawful money is prohibited.

This platform is operated for those aged 21 and above only. Opening an account for a minor is strictly prohibited, and any such account discovered will be closed immediately, with deposited funds subject to forfeiture.

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration Process

At the time of registration, it is mandatory to provide accurate information on cbazi including your name, date of birth, phone number, and preferred payment method. We reserve the right to suspend or close an account if false or misleading information is provided.

3.2 Identity Verification

The Company reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. In such cases, a national identity card, passport, or other government-approved document may be requested. If verification documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may remain temporarily suspended.

3.3 Password Security

It is your responsibility to keep your cbazi account password confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone else. If unauthorized access to your account occurs, notify the support team immediately.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on cbazi is ৳500. Accepted deposit methods are bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Each transaction is generally processed instantly. You must use a payment account registered in your own name for deposits — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour of the request being made. Withdrawal requests will only be processed via the same method used for the most recent deposit (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket). Withdrawal requests may be declined if active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

4.3 Transaction Limits

The Company reserves the right to set or change transaction limits at any time for security or fraud prevention purposes. If unusual transactions are detected, the account may be temporarily suspended for investigation.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

cbazi offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500; or depositing ৳14,000 or more will earn the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, giving a total of ৳24,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering applies only to the bonus amount — not to the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 in bets must be completed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period; the bonus is cancelled once it expires.
• Claiming a bonus from the same offer more than once is prohibited.
• Betting with bonus funds may be restricted in certain cases — refer to the offer details.
• cbazi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• Bonuses may be forfeited if suspicious activity is found.

6. VIP Program & Loyalty Rewards

The cbazi VIP program is divided into four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

It is possible to advance to a higher tier through regular and active gaming. Members will be notified appropriately if the terms of VIP benefits change.

7. Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

cbazi is committed to ensuring a fair and safe gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Playing games through bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence.
• Abusing bonuses or exploiting system errors.
• Money laundering or unlawful financial activities.
• Harassing behavior toward other members or staff.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security or technical infrastructure.
• Coordinated betting or systematically gaining an advantage in collusion with other members.

If any of the above rules are violated, cbazi reserves the right to permanently close the account and forfeit all balances.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

9. Responsible Gaming

12. Limitation of Liability

cbazi makes every effort to ensure the security and reliability of its platform. However, the Company's liability is limited for losses caused by technical errors, internet disconnection, or third-party service failures. Game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology — the Company has no involvement in this.

13. Changes to Rules

cbazi reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. In the case of significant changes, registered members will be notified via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions.

14. Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises regarding any matter in these terms and conditions, both parties will first attempt to resolve it through friendly discussion. 15. Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the responsible gaming policy together form the complete agreement between cbazi and the member. Any prior oral or written agreements are replaced by this document. If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
